~ Do you remember any special stories your grandparents told you? Have you told these stories to your grandkids?

~ Did your grandparents live nearby? Did you visit them often?


~ What pictures come to your mind when you think back to when you used to play with your siblings?


~ Did anyone in your family do handiwork? Needlework? Woodworking? Was anyone mechanical?


~ Was your family considered rich, poor, or middle class? Were times ever tough for all of you?


~ Do you have a piece of furniture or any family heirlooms that belonged to your parents or grandparents? Describe it?

~~ Tell a special memory about each of your grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

~~ Did any of your relatives ever live with you?

~~ What were some naughty things you did as a child and describe the consequences.

~~ Tell about incidents when you and a sibling got in trouble together.

~~ Write about what you did as a child during the different seasons where you lived.
